Mixed emotions

Wow, What a day I had.

I started out the day by taking my hubby to see his cardiologist. The good news is that he has a healthy heart bad news is that it decides to beat oh 200+ times a minute just because it wants to. He has been battling this for a couple of years now. For some reason, today the doctor decides once again that hubby needs to go back on the same medicine that causes him to pass out! Yes, passes out! But, the medicine will be a good thing. Not only that but they are going to put him on a new medicine that has the “lesser” side effects of his other choices.  But, I am not supposed to worry.

Then they said, get this, “If this doesn’t work we will insert a pacemaker but it will not fix his rapid heart rate”! If I cussed in public I would have been saying some fancy words!

Last time I checked the definition of insanity is trying the same thing over and over again and expecting new results!?

Now that I have had time to reflect I am going to place my worries in  God’s hand and let it be. I will support my  hubby and do everything in my power to help him but this is way bigger then me.

Speaking of placing worries into an object on the way home I stopped by the Post Office and picked up my package and then the newspaper stand. Yah my package came from my wonderful, supportive classmates. Enclosed is the PF Affirmation Locket, a couple of gifts from the last receiver which one gift included a small treasure box where you write down your worries and place in the box for the universe to pick up. It was the perfect thing I needed. Thank you Nita.

You remember when I stated that I picked up a newspaper? Well, I have been looking for an article for a week now. I wasn’t sure which day it would be in there. Today was the day! Today was the day that they published the article about my Lunch n Learn appearance at the Lifetime Wellness Center. This was my first appearance promoting my new business Mile-Stone Wellness Health Coach. I am super stoked!

My day was looking brighter and then I checked my emails! I was nominated for an award! A blog award at that!? What the heck I thought this must be a scam. So I emailed the blogger who nominated me to make sure it was true and sure enough it is. I am nominated for the One Lovely Blog Award! This is who nominated me. http://wp.me/p1ZoIT-py. You must give her recipes a try they are delish.

With this nomination there are rules, questions and stuff so here they are.

Here are the rules of this award:

Thank the person who nominated you. Add The One Lovely Blog Award to your post. Share 7 things about yourself. Pass the award onto 15 nominees and let them know.

7 facts about me:

1. I am on a new journey of finding my true calling at the same time became a Health Coach so I can help others find theirs.

2.  I like to make new friends, share my knowledge, and help people get a clearer picture on who they are.

3. I did not like veggies and never ate them until this year (well not regularly).

4. I am new to this blogging stuff and letting people in.

5. I love preparing new recipes that actually taste good.

6. I am a child of God who believes in Spirits, Guardian Angels and Fate.

7. Although, I know it is so critical to our health, I still do not exercise (pathetic I know)

Ok, now I gotta pass this award on to 15 bloggers. But as I am still new to blogging and so don’t have that many blogger friends yet…so am gonna pass this on to the ones whose blogs I have been visiting quite frequently.
